How can I order?

We have made ordering very easy & convenient using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can simply add it to your cart, checkout, and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive an order summary in your email. The order summary will also be stored in your account for your reference.

Speed & Convenience: By ordering online you get prices immediately and can go through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save days of your time.

Traceability: You will have easy access to all your previous orders any time you want.

Reordering: You can make a re-order anytime based on your previous orders with only a few clicks. This saves time and effort as you don’t need to go through all the documents and emails from the past.

Our online ordering system will ask for all the important information you should submit. If you have a GST number, please remember to submit it. This will make sure the shipment is not delayed because of the lack of GST numbers.

All the products which are shown on our site are available in stock. Order lead time depends on the products and quantities.

What payment methods can I use?

You can use all the major credit cards. We accept Credit/Debit cards, online wallets, and net banking. We do not accept COD (cash on delivery).

Yes, you can use a pro-forma invoice.

Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can’t make the payment, please contact us at care@duratufstore.com or call us at +91-80880-01133.

How to change delivery address?

Go to ‘My Account and sign in. On the ‘My Account section you can change all your contact information. Note, that delivery addresses for existing orders shall not be changed. New delivery addresses will be applicable on upcoming orders.

Delivery charges are dependent on our logistic partners’ policies. You can see the shipping fees during the checkout process before the payment is made.

Even though we try to ship your order on the same day the order, sometimes your order may take 48hrs time to process. As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will get a confirmation message including your tracking information.

All deliveries are scheduled through reputed couriers. We shall keep you updated when we ship your consignment and will provide you with a tracking number.

Members who ship their orders within India should expect to receive their orders within 7-10 working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.

If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

We take such matters very seriously and will investigate individual cases thoroughly. Any sample that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected sample and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at info@duratufstore.com (if applicable).

We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.

In the event of damaged samples received, we will require photo proof of the affected samples and your D.O (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to resend the product to you at no cost, subject to availability. Considering this, any product that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photos to us at info@duratufstore.com
  1. In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team in FedEx and if there’s a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we’ll resend the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.

We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.

In the event that the sample you’ve received is unsatisfactory in any way you perceive, we will require photo proof of the sample and your D.O (Delivery Order) as well and you may be required to send us back the product for close inspection and review before a decision is made to re-send a sample to you at no cost, subject to availability. The postage cost will be credited back to your account after we receive the returned item.
  1. In the event that you receive an expired product, we will require clear photo proof of the sample and its expiry date for close inspection and review before a decision is made to re-send a product to you at no cost, subject to availability.
  1. If you’ve received the wrong sample, we will require photo proof of the wrongly sent sample and D.O (Delivery Order) and after reviewing, we’ll resend the corrected product to you at no cost, subject to availability.

In the event you’ve received your order with a missing sample, we will require you to email us clear photo proof of your D.O (Delivery Order) to help@duratufstorestore.com after which, kindly give us a call at <insert phone number> and our customer service officer will attend to you to find out more before a decision is made to re-send the missing sample to you at no cost, subject to availability.
How do I activate my account?

The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. You can try checking your junk/spam folder or contact us at care@duratufstore.com

You can retrieve your password by clicking on ‘forgot password?’. Instructions on password retrieval will be sent to your email.

You can easily change all your information on your account. Go to the login section and log in, then click ‘My Account and ‘edit’. Here you can change all your contact information.

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Duratuf Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed, and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

There is no specific minimum order quantity. You can even add 1 piece of any product to the basket and checkout.
